Creating an e-mail address

Create an e-mail address

To create an email, you can easily create email from the dashboard under E-mail Accounts and Create.

When you create, you select a domain, i.e. after the @ sign and the e-mail name that appears in front of the @ sign in the e-mail address. The user id is always the entire e-mail address.

Finally, you can automatically select or create a password for your email address and create an email using the Create button.

The video shows how to create an email address.

Creating a forwarder can be easily done with the instructions in the video.

Explore different features

One of the many features of our email service is forwarders. Email forwarder means directing messages from the intermediary address to the desired email addresses. For example, you can create hallitus@domaini.tld intermediary address and automatically redirect incoming emails to multiple e-mail addresses.

On the control panel - Forwarders page, you can add a forwarder. When you add a forwarder, you first enter the left side of the @ sign for the e-mail address. The domain means the right side of the entire email name. Then you just enter the e-mail addresses where you want the messages to be forwarded. You can type multiple email addresses at once by separating them with a comma. Finally, you will be able to create a forwarder by clicking the Add Forwarder button.

Test your new e-mail

Once you have created a new e-mail address or, for example, a forwarder, it is a good idea to test it before the actual deployment. However, it should be noted that the email address does not work outside the service if the domain name is not working or has not yet been registered.

In addition to Webmail or mailer (e.g. Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird), email can be accessed directly through the control panel under Email Accounts and Check Email.

The simplest way to test e-mail functionality is to send an e-mail message to a generated email or forwarder that is redirected to that email.

It's a good idea to test your e-mail, for example, as in this video.
