Suncomet The identification service is a simple and effective way to strongly identify customers in different situations. It provides strong identification, similar to the identification of a customer with an identity card.
Situations where you would normally be asked for identification can be handled using the Suncomet Identification Service. This means that customers no longer need to remember their ID card. All they need is a mobile phone.
The authentication service is available in brick-and-mortar, telephone and online shops
At its simplest, in a brick-and-mortar store, a customer scans a QR code and uses their mobile phone to authenticate themselves strongly in a customer service or sales situation. The business receives information about the authentication immediately via a simple web interface. A one-time code on both sides can be used to further validate the authentication if needed. In addition, authentication can be done to a mobile phone number or email for e.g. telephone or online sales.
