Terms and Conditions of the Referral Program

  1. The referral program discount and points are activated when a user visits the site via the referral link in the customer system.
  2. The discount is 10% of the total order amount. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
  3. The discount applies only to Web hosting and business package services, as well as the following domain extensions: .fi, .com, .net, .org, .eu, and .info.
  4. The discount applies only to new orders and only to their first invoice.
  5. The referrer receives points equal to 10% of the invoice amount. Points are earned only from new subscriptions placed by new subscribers, once the invoice has been paid.
  6. Points will not be earned if the subscriber is not a new customer or if the subscriber’s beneficiary or contact person is the same as that of an existing customer. In such cases, the discount may still be granted for a new subscription that meets the criteria.
  7. Points are linked to the customer's contact email address. Points will be removed if there is no active subscription associated with that contact email address. Points cannot be transferred between contact email addresses, and lost points cannot be restored.
  8. To use your points, you must submit a request to customer service. Points can be applied to the next billing periods for existing services if the request is submitted no later than one month before the start of the new billing period. In this case, the points will be applied, and the invoice for the new period will be sent immediately.
  9. Alternatively, points can be invoiced by us as advertising at a rate of 1 point = 1 euro, including VAT. The invoicing party must have a valid business ID and be registered for withholding tax. The minimum invoice amount is 50 €, including VAT. Customer service must be notified in advance of any invoicing.
  10. The referral program may not be activated due to technical reasons beyond the service provider’s control (incognito mode, VPN connection, blocked cookies, etc.). Referral program discounts or points will not be granted retroactively for any reason.
  11. If any misconduct is detected, points and discounts may be revoked and recovered retroactively.
  12. We reserve the right to change the content and terms of the Referral Program without prior notice.
