The Enterprise Package is specifically designed for businesses or organisations for whom speed and reliability are of paramount importance. The Enterprise package is implemented on a dedicated Cloud platform and high-speed SSDs, which enables exceptional reliability and speed. The Enterprise Packages feature a LiteSpeed web server, which halves page load times compared to traditional servers. Backup is comprehensively implemented with JetBackup, which handles backups in a GDPR-compliant manner. Immunify 360 and CloudLinux systems, among others, ensure a high level of data security. Email retrieval is accelerated by the Apache Solr search system. In addition, the Enterprise Package significantly extends the service level agreement and customer service is more extensive, personalised and faster than normal.

Content of the service
The Business Package service platform is highly fault-toleable and hardware failures, for example, cannot cause a break in the service. The exceptional service platform also enables the service to operate very quickly.
In addition, the Business package includes a higher level of service agreement (*), where for each disruption of more than one minute per day, you can claim a 10% refund of the monthly service fee (up to 100% per month).
The business package also includes notifications by SMS and/or email of any service outages via an automated monitoring system. Operation is checked every minute. All account data is backed up to a separate backup server (JetBackup). You are always aware of what is happening on your service and that your data is also stored on the service.
Exceptionally, the service is invoiced in three-month billing periods, unless otherwise agreed. That is, you do not commit to the service for unnecessarily long periods of time. In the business package, we also offer a designated personal contact person. In addition, the account details, contract terms and invoice are sent in writing to the customer in addition to electronic communications, if requested, free of charge. Invoicing as an e-invoice or letter invoice is also free of charge.
During the year's billing period, a 10% discount, a 20% discount for a two-year billing period, and a 30% discount for a three-year billing period.
* The Service Provider does not guarantee completely undisturbed functionality. The nature of the service includes temporary interruptions of less than one (1) minute or higher response times of less than one (1) hour, which may be caused by, for example, instantaneous network failure.
