Referral Program
The Referral Program is available to all our customers. You can find it in the customer portal under "Referral Program." There you'll find a link that you can share with new customers or use yourself. The page also shows your accumulated points and instructions on how to use them.
The referral programworks as follows: a new customer visits our website via a referral link. This activates a discount for the new customer, and the referral information is saved in the system. When the new customer pays their first invoice for the service, the referrer earns points. These points can be used as a discount when renewing existing services, or they can be billed to us. This way, both the new customer and the referrer benefit from the rewards program.
Principles of the Referral Program
The referral programis fully active on new customers’ first invoice. Points cannot be earned for service renewals or existing customers. However, the new subscription discount can be applied as usual by using the referral link. This way, a current customer can still take advantage of the discount for themselves even if they don’t earn points.
The discount is available for new Web hosting and business package services, as well as for new domains with common extensions. For the time being, the discount is only available for orders placed via invoice. The discount is not currently available for orders placed through the self-service portal. The discount applies only to the first invoice for a new service.
Points are earned only from the first paid invoice for a new customer's new service. Points earned in the event of a cancellation will be removed.
