Server Updates
To celebrate our anniversary, we are upgrading even our last remaining servers at our Finnish data center to new, super-powerful servers. This way, even our long-standing customers can benefit from better connections and the increased performance provided by the new servers. Right around our 25th anniversary, the last remaining servers will be upgraded, and thus all our web hosting and business package customers will have been fully migrated to the Finnish data center.
Partner Status and Discount
In honor of our anniversary year, we are introducing the highly anticipated Partner Status and Partner Discount for our active customers. The specific details and terms of Partner Status and the Partner Discount will be published on July 6, 2026. In practice, you achieve Partner Status with 10 orders per year, and the discount level depends on the number of orders. Discount levels start at 10% and go up to 30%!
Price list updates
Our data center has announced significant price increases for June. We haven’t updated our web hosting prices in over six years, during which time costs have more than doubled. As a result, we unfortunately have to update our pricing for web hosting and domains. Web hosting prices will increase by approximately 5–18% depending on the package, and domain prices by approximately 3–5% depending on the domain extension. We will also need to update our price list annually in the future to reflect changing costs. We understand that price increases are never in our customers’ best interest, but in order to continue offering affordable services for the next 25 years, we must respond to these significant cost changes. The new price list will take effect on July 6, 2026. To offset this and in honor of our anniversary year, we are offering a substantial discount that is valid until the end of the year!
