* The server includes the original applications installed by the service provider (e.g., operating system, Apache, PHP, MySQL). The website includes the website’s core application. Add-ons, third-party applications, or other applications or settings to which the customer has made significant changes are not considered part of the server or website.
** Dedicated maintenance includes maintenance or modification work on the server or website ordered by the customer. Unused maintenance hours do not carry over to the next month.
