A hardware, server application or website* fault will be fixed within 8 hours of the problem being detected.

An application-layer firewall installed, configured and maintained according to the needs of the server or site. Daily automatic security updates for server applications and server kernel or site software and plug-ins.

Email and/or text message fault reports via an automated monitoring system, including comprehensive statistics on speed and uptime. Daily monitoring of block lists and free of charge de-listing.

An automatic repair system for the most common server or website problems. 2 hours per month of dedicated server or site maintenance**.

* The server includes native applications installed by the service provider (e.g. operating system, Apache, PHP, MySQL). The site includes the core software of the site. The server or site does not include plug-ins, third-party applications, or other applications or settings that have been significantly modified by the customer.
** Dedicated maintenance includes any maintenance or modifications to the server or site ordered by the customer. If no Dedicated Maintenance has been ordered during the month, the last day of the month will be used to review the logs of the server or site for any problems and resolve them.
